If you're joining the Channel 5 walking club... here's what you'll need:

• A comfortable pair of shoes -- new within the past year. They don't have to be official walking shoes.

• Light clothing arranged in layers with something reflective on it.

• A water bottle you can wear around your waist.

• A route to walk -- or a few to choose from.

• ID and change for a phone call.

• A watch -- to keep track of your 30 minutes.
