Walking Tip #9: What To Do In Inclement Weather

    When bad weather gets in the way of your walking, you can try a treadmill at a local health club. Many have one-day passes.

    Go to the mall, many have early morning walking clubs.

    Or you can use the stairs. Two flights of stairs equals about 3 minutes of walking. So walk 20 flights and you'll meet your day's goal!
