Fenton's reminders for effective stretchingL
-- Best to stretch AFTER a walk, when muscles are lose and compliant
--Be especially sure to hit muscles of legs, buttocks and low back
--Don't bounce--hold the stretch for 4 to 6 slow deep breaths
--Never lock your knees
--Never stretch to the point of discomfort
