Topsfield Fairgrounds Traffic Through October 8

The Topsfield Fair starts today at the Topsfield Fairgrounds and runs through October 8. Hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM daily. We traffic types love agricultural fairs like these, but do not necessarily love the traffic that comes with it. If you are heading to the Topsfield Fair, consider these tips:

Weekends see the heaviest traffic by far, but weeknights are very busy, too. Expect huge delays along Routes 1, 95 and 97. Leave early, plan for delays, bring your patience, and have fun!

If you pick up a giant pumpkin, try not to place it on the dashboard for the drive home. It might impair your visibility!
